Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Cedar Financial. By clicking on the "I Agree" button and by clicking to either pay by credit card or check, you are accepting these terms and the stated fees for using this service.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you have correctly entered your file number and creditorís name in the payment form. This information can be found on your bill. Providing us with your Cedar Financial file number will allow us to accurately apply your payment. If you donít have it at this time, give us a call at 800-980-3357

Payscout charges a 2% convenience fee for processing payments online. Cedar Financial offers two fee-free payment options: (1) you may call our office and make a payment by phone, (2) you may mail your payment information to our office. Cedar Financial accepts payments by check and credit or debit card.
